II. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Results Targets and Goals
Contribute to the establishment of quarterly and annual results targets for assigned strategic and targeted markets/accounts. This will include quantitative results targets including but not limited to net revenue, gross margin, and various other customer satisfaction metrics. These targets are set by working closely with the Corporate Vice President and General Manager as well as other Division Management. Determine, measure, and report on actual results vs. targets/goals with the objective of growing revenue, gross margin, and operating profit for the assigned accounts and the Division as a whole. In support of the quantitative results targets and goals, qualitative results targets, goals and activity plans are expected to be implemented and acted and reported upon regularly.
· Account Planning, Target Market Planning, & Activity Plans
The Account Manager is expected to develop Key Account Plans (KAPs), Target Market/Account Plans, and other activity plans as directed by the Corporate VP and other Division Management to ensure achievement of quantitative results targets and to provide Management with necessary information to assist the decision making process regarding all business objectives. The SAM will update the KAPs on a quarterly basis and participate in Quarterly Business Review meetings as scheduled.
· Key Account Management
Lead his/her team to achieve customer satisfaction. Directly interface in all areas to assigned account. Also manage project cost estimations and control materials costs as well as managing external vendor costs and internal labor costs.
· Project Management
Plan, manage and execute project plans to meet/exceed the customer's project qualification requirements.
Candidate Requirement
- Four years BS Degree in an engineering discipline with thermal or mechanical degree preferred
- At least 3 years'related experience in manufacturing or similar environment
- Past track record in sales or business development field
- Very strong business sense, demonstrated project management skills
- Experienced with team maintain and development
- Strong logic and problem solving skills
