Major responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Maintain and develop sound knowledge about Credit management, Payment terms, Client Portfolio, and ensure reporting of the new customer financial analysis

2. Support credit manager to perform collection follow-up and coordinate associated action plans.

3. Provide timely processing of collection on overdue payment from customers as well as work with sales team and take necessary actions on trouble account

4. Build jointly with other finance teams in Monthly closing

5. Review Clients' credit terms and limits yearly in Oracle to ensure that Oracle payment terms are matching reality and agreements with Clients.

6. Implement the procedures for overdue accounts analysis and reminder and propose action plan on how to reduce overdue balance

7. Keep communication with oversee customer and BU account manager

8. Other tasks assigned by Credit Manager.

Candidate profile:

Education and Experience

· University degree in Accounting or Finance

· At least 3 years working experience as accountant plus at least 1 year experience in credit control function

Knowledge

· Oracle or ERP acknowledge in accounting and finance module

Skill and Language:

· Presentation skill

· Microsoft Office skill in Excel & PowerPoint

· Good English skills in written and normal in speaking, CET4 and above
