职位描述
Purpose - This position will provide leadership in both factory product engineering and process engineering for Shanghai plants.
l Maintain product engineering and process engineering procedure and documents implementation;
l Lead a team of about 10 persons to take charge of assigned programs and projects;
l Manage product development and process improvement with root cause/5 Why approach;
l Update related procedures periodically;
l Assist other department colleagues to contact client about technical support;
l Audit client's products drawing and technical specification, provide improvement opinion;
l Manufacturing and process cost analysis;
l Take charge of programming, tooling choose and design, as well as technical process documentation and make sample products;
l Responsible for products quality control, and reducing extreme loss;
l Provide process support to BU team during Study and Front End Load phase;
l Prepare design preconditions for other disciplines;
l Other work assigned from report manager;
II. Qualification & Experiences:
l BS Degree or above in engineering discipline;
l 8+ years technical and process experience and 5 or more years engineering management experience. in heat sink or similar industry;
l Strong project management ability;
l Rich experience in using root cause/5 Why approach in work;
l Strong communication skills and team work inspirit.
III. Location: Shanghai, China
