职位描述：
We are looking for teachers who can teach
Hospitality Management, Facility Management, Human Resource Management, Nutrituion or English.

Purpose of the Position
The role of a faculty member is to present information and skills to students so that they gain and develop lifelong skills in an environment that is conducive to learning and development, within an atmosphere of support and encouragement.

Responsibilities
1.Teaching courses according to the academic program within the lecturer's field of expertise.
2.Preparing and updating teaching materials to the standards required by the college as outlined in the faculty handbook and the quality assessment handbook. This includes an approved syllabus and scheme of work for each course taught, weekly lesson plans and all supplementary teaching materials: notes, handouts, presentations, case studies, recommended and suggested reading materials.
4.Invigilating examinations and assisting others with invigilation. Preparing and marking assessments, examinations, course work assignments, and projects.
5.Maintaining up-to-date records of grades and student attendance.
6.Supporting and following Les Roches Jin Jiang International Hotel Management College policies.
7.Complying with Les Roches Jin Jiang International Hotel Management College academic standards of excellence and procedures.
8.Taking part in academic advising of allotted students.
9.Being available, as per schedule, for tutorial duties.
10.Participating in the college special events and in student extra-curricular activities according to schedule when possible

Essential Skills
1.Education Level: Relevant Bachelor degree (minimum)
2.Work Experience: 3 years minimum
3.Computer skills in Microsoft Office
4.Languages: English IELTS 7.0, Some Mandarin for native English speakers a plus but not required

Personal Skills
1.Well groomed and with an understanding for hotel dress standards
2.Exceptional attention to details. Proactive approach to work
3.Positive attitude, interpersonal skills, self-discipline, and dedication to teaching
4.Willingness to contribute to or participate in student extra-curricular activities.
