职位描述
I. Job Title: Sales Engineer
销售工程师
II. Reporting to: Program Manager/Account Manager
项目经理/客户经理
III. Main Responsibilities:
Purpose – Get sales deals through various effective channels and methods.
目的——通过各种方式与渠道获取业务订单。
l Identify target customers through various channels, and approach the customers in a proactively way;
l Make cold calls to create new accounts to develop customers from first time purchase to a buying habit;
l Make customer visit when needed to develop customer relationship;
l Work with manufacturing and product department to make sure customers’ requirements can be met;
l Achieve KPIs for account development, workload, revenue generated and other identified metrics;
l Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the Company’s system;
l Issue, follow up and convert profitable quotations;
l Support Marketing campaigns to drive activity and sales;
l Other assigned tasks and work.
l 通过各种途径搜寻并确定目标客户,并且积极主动地取得与目标客户的联络;
l 主要通过电话联系发展新客户并且将客户从初次购买逐渐发展出购买习惯;
l 需要时进行客户拜访以发展客户关系;
l 与生产与产品部门合作达到客户对于规格以及交期等各方面的要求;
l 完成公司要求的各项指标,例如客户开发,工作量,销售业绩等;
l 在公司系统内按照要求准确地输入并维护数据;
l 制作,跟进,以及确认报价;
l 需要时支持公司市场活动;
l 其他上级安排的工作与任务。
IV. Major Requirements:
l Bachelor’s Degree in an mechanical engineering discipline
l Fresh post-gradates are welcomed;
l Familiar with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Solidworks;
l Knowledge or thermal background preferred;
l Good interpersonal skills supported by sense of responsibility and work passion;
l Able to read and write in English.
l 理工科机械专业本科学历;
l 欢迎应届毕业生;
l 熟悉AutoCAD, Solidworks等工程软件;
l 有散热行业知识或经验者优先;
l 有良好的沟通能力,并且有责任感与工作热情;
l 能用英语进行读写。
V. Location: Shanghai Songjiang, China 上海松江工业区(靠近新桥)
VI. Notes:
l Successful candidates will attend Aavid’s Special Training/Rotation Plan for Product Engineers (6-month), and then assigned to detailed BU.
l 被选中的候选人将被安排参加爱美达公司的产品工程师特训计划(为期6个月),另,此职位需在入职时签署考核协议。考核合格后,然后再分配到具体岗位工作。
