Accountability:
Thermal product design & simulation

-
Thermal
design / analysis using CFD software;

- Thermal engineering design verification for heat sink, LCP,
cooling system for instance;

- Ensure the design meets all thermal requirements set by the
specification;

- Liaison with other product related groups, such as Design
Engineer, Product Engineering & manufacturing Engineer;

- Thermal roadmap and innovation;

- Draft thermal test plan and test data consolidation;

Supports to tooling capital control,
agreement sign, and vender control.

Educational Background and/or
Previous Work Experience

-Master Degree fresh graduate or 1-2 years relevant working
experience in electronic thermal design;

- Master Degree. in mechanical//fluid dynamic with good knowledge in thermal & fluid engineering;

- Good technical understanding of thermal products

- Proficient with either one CFD software (Icepak, Flotherm,
Qfin, Fluent),

- Good knowledge in thermal & airflow measurement
methodology;

- Proficiency in Windows/MS Office environments

- Good English and Chinese both verbal and in writing
