Marketing Communication Specialist

Location: Beijing

Reporting directly to: Marketing Manager

Short description: As one of the first employees, you will work closely with the management team and assist the marketing manager to implement and coordinate the marketing plans to effectively represent the company's products and services to customers and prospects. You will be responsible for the execution and evaluation of various integrated marketing programs based on both traditional marketing tools and e-commerce.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

· Develop marketing execution plan such as industry exhibition/promotion campaign and monitor the implementation

· Support branding, positioning and promotion of the new brand

· Focus on demand generation in the market

· Work closely with the marketing manager to ensure the sales and marketing effort

· Communicate and coordinate different types of digital marketing programs and campaigns as well as traditional marketing campaigns to maximize effectiveness

· Act as a project leader in integrated marketing projects

Qualifications

· University degree in preferably Marketing/E-commerce or similar

· At least 3 years relevant working experience in digital consumer sales and marketing, experience with setting up new or improving business will be considered an advantage

· Significant knowledge of Digital Marketing/E-commerce is required

· Good strategic marketing and analytical skills with proven ability to translate strategy into tactics and ideas into action

· Natural networker, comfortable working in a team

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English

· Creative, flexible, self-motivated and passionate to succeed as part of the team

在整合营销项目中扮演项目负责人的角色。



任职要求：

本科以上学历，电子商务，市场营销专业等相关专业为佳。
至少三年以上消费产品销售和市场推广的相关经验，有建立拓展新业务或提高改善原有业务经验者优先。
对网络营销或电子商务知识有深刻的理解。
优秀的战略营销和分析能力，能够将战略付诸实践
良好的人际沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
具有较强的中英文口头表达能力和写作能力
具有创新意识，灵活应变能力，能够承受压力并进行自我调节和自我激励，较快地适应工作环境融入团队。
