Regional Sales Manager
Location: Beijing
Reporting directly to: General Manager


Short description: The company is in the process of setting up, and building up a strong sales force will be crucial to ensure the success of the company. The sales strategy is founded on new ideas and ways of doing things, using e-commerce as the backbone.

The sales manager will take the overall responsibility of setting and fulfilling the sales targets and training and managing of the sales representatives in different areas of the region. The focus will be northern China, concentrated around Beijing, Tianjin, Ji'nan and Qingdao.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
· Manage and motivate several sales teams in different areas of the region
· Train and support sales reps. to develop independence
· Develop sales strategies and set up sales goals based on analysis of the market and in line with the company's overall business strategy
· Seek out new ways to develop business and increase sales
· Establish a system for sales reps. to cooperate with and feedback to the marketing department for market intelligence
· Visit customers together with sales reps. and help to establish and maintain long-term relationships
· Work closely with after sales and technical staff to resolve technical questions and settle customer complaints
· Report timely on results and monitor the performance of the teams through KPIs

Qualifications
· Bachelor degree in relevant area, an MBA holder will be interesting
· At least 5 years relevant working experience as a sales manager with a strong track record and regional responsibilities
· Business development experience and mindset is a plus
· Technical background with understanding of pumps or similar products
· Experience of E-commerce will be an advantage
· Having successfully managed sales teams in different locations
· Excellent planning and time management skills
· Strong leadership skills, able to develop team members
· Good communication skills in Mandarin and English
· Excellent presentation and influencing skills
· Self-driven attitude, strongly target oriented and independent
· Open to new ideas and getting things done creatively
· Some travel will be required
