Strategic planning manger
Job responsibility:
1. Write proposals for new clients bidding with support of BD team
2. Present proposals to potential clients
3. Analyze market trend & competitor’s situation and propose strategic directions and initiatives
4. Monitor company’s operation KPIs and take initiatives to drive operation performance
5. Lead some cross functional projects to drive company internal strength

Job requirement：
1. Bachelor degree and above;
2. At least two years of working experience of management consulting, in a leading management consulting firm, or equivalent project management experience in a high-growth technology firm (Internet, software, and/or media industry experience preferred)
3. Be able to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives
4. Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, combined with good business judgment
5. Excellent in both written and Oral English; Excellent inter-personal, facilitation and communication skills
6. Excellent in PPT skill and presentation skill

工作职责：
1。写建议新客户支持团队投标屋宇署
2本方案的潜在客户。
3。分析市场趋势和竞争对手的情况，并提出战略方向与措施
4。监控公司的作业指标和主动驱动操作性能
5。导致一些跨职能项目推动公司内部力量
职位要求：
1本科及以上学历；
2。至少两年的工作经验的管理咨询，在领先的管理咨询公司，或类似项目管理经验在高成长的高科技公司（互联网，软件，或媒体行业经验优先）
3。能够导致复杂的业务和战略举措
4。独特的解决问题和分析能力，具有良好的商业判断
5。良好的英语口语及写作能力；良好的人际和沟通技巧，促进
6。良好的沟通技巧和表达能力
