职位描述
岗位名称：厨师
岗位职责
1、听从厨师长安排，向厨师长负责；
2、负责对各种食品的烹调工作，保证食品质量；
3、负责检查厨房内的清洁卫生与安全；
4、负责厨房工作人员调配与考核的工作；
5、请领厨房内所需的食品原料及一切使用工具与消耗品；
6、精打细算，重视成本核算，降低食品成本，做到价廉质优。
任职资格
1、初中以上学历，20-35岁之间；
2、三年以上厨师工作经验；
3、具有一定的沟通协调能力，责任心强；
4、有厨师证者优先。

4、对工作认真负责，热爱本职工作，有团队合作精神；
5、有在 西餐厅 /酒店的饼房或蛋糕店工作过经验者优先。
