Responsibilities:
-Drive the improvement of lean manufacturing including 5S, Kaizen, standardized work, SMED, TPM, VSM, JIT and Safety...
-Improve work processes to achieve cost savings, improve quality and reduce lead time to improve profitability.
-Define, monitor and control lean projects periodically.
-Lean culture promotion around the organization.
-Facilitate Lean manufacturing methods and tools implementation.
-Support line managers with ideas on where and how LEAN might be applied in their business area.
-Best practice implementation and sharing across network.
Requirments:
-Bachelor Degree or above, major in Mechanical related
-More than 2 years in Lean practice and projects.
-Be familiar with MS Office and Auto CAD.
-Be familiar with Lean theory.
-Good at speaking and written English.
Other:
-Good analysis, coordination and communication skill.
-Creative thinking and problem solving.
-6Sigma Green Belt is preferred.
