Responsibilities 主要职责

- Detail of piping arrangement for process plant modular skids, including isometric drawings and BOM (bill-of-materials).

- Prepare and design equipment layout for complete plant and modular skid; PTD and Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (PID), and other equipment outline drawings.

- Co-ordinate and interface with instrument, steel structure and equipment requirements.

- Prepare piping specifications; technical specifications or data sheets for the purchase of piping components.

- Clarification and evaluation of process plant piping components (such as pipes, pipe fittings, manual valves, and in-line components like sight glass, steam trap, strainer, etc.)

- Contact, monitoring and expediting of pipe component vendors.

- Review, approval and handling of vendor documentation.

- Sales support for costing of skid projects.

- Work closely and provide assistant to workshop foreman during skid assembly.

- Any other assignments which the Management may require from time to time.

Requirements 任职资格

- Bachelor or above in mechanical engineering or equivalent

- Minimum 3 years relevant experience, in equipment and piping layout of process plant.

- Has Related working Experience in multinational company is preferred

- Familiarity with international piping design codes and standards, and material codes and standards.

- Working experience in chemical process or similar industry would be advantageous.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microstation and Plant Space or other 3D modeling software is a must.

- Ability to communicate in English/Chinese

- Team player with analytical skills and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
