Responsibilities:
Take part in quality inspection including receiving inspection, in-house inspection, outsourcing inspection, mock-up inspection, crating inspection and distributor test.
Gather and analyze quality data for improvement and training.
Review project requirements and inspection records and ensure them adequate for traceability.
Work together with inspectors to deal with NCR (Non-conformance report) and CAR (Corrective action report).
Work together with related departments to solve problems or difficulties found in inspection process from perspective of quality control.
Based on project requirement or specification, make sure every thing ready for client witness inspection.
Take charge of calibration and maintenance of measuring equipment and tools in use.
Take part in evaluation and monitoring of supplier.
Monitoring and rating of supplier. Ensure products fabricated by supplier under good quality control.
Enhance quality awareness in Sulzer.

Requirements：
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design/manufacturing, welding technology or metal material science is required. Chemical machinery preferred.
More than 3 years of work experience in mechanical manufacturing industry; 1 years of work experience in international environment preferred.
Familiar with local and international material Codes and understanding of engineering drawing.
Good at reading and written English.
Good communication skill.

掌握所有的仪器设备被准确校准和维护，以保证正常使用
参与供应商的评估和审查
在苏尔寿同仁中提高质量意识

要求
本科以上学历，要求机械设计/生产/焊接技术/金属材料科学专业，化工机械专业优先考虑
拥有3年以上的机械产业工作经验，具有1年以上的国际工作环境优先考虑
熟悉本地和国际的物料代码，能理解工程制图
英语流利
良好的沟通技巧
