岗位职责：
1、负责相关产品线财务/人力资源相关模块的解决方案，包括需求分析等；
2、分析财务、人力资源业务场景，编写概要需求；
3、指导需求分析师完成产品详细需求分析并指导设计人员完成设计；
4、协助产品团队，使公司产品与NC财务模块和人力资源模块充分融合，构建汽车行业的整体解决方案。

任职要求：
1、大学本科或以上学历；
2、具有5年以上工作经验，精通财务、人力资源ERP管理模块；
3、 有丰富的财务理论知识和实践经验，熟悉用友ＮＣ主流版本的财务模块和人力资源模块（至少精通一类中的一个业务模块）；
4、了解客户财务方面或人力资源方面的业务需求，能准确分析客户提出原始需求，并能与研发团队合作完成产品设计；
5、熟悉软件研发过程，对项目管理及过程有一定的经验；
6、具有较强的逻辑分析能力和学习能力，敢于创新；
7、责任心强，善于沟通，有良好的团队合作精神；
8、掌握一种以上流行财务管理软件或人力资源管理软件技术和应用。
