工作职责：
Responsibilities:
1. Work with WH Leader to make cycle counting plan with supervisor and manager approval;
按上级经理的指示，与仓库主管一起制定每天的循环计数计划；
2. Unload existing stock list by location;
按场地卸除现有的货品清单；
3. Assign WH Operators doing physical counting location by location base on above plan with WH Leader;
根据制定的计划，与仓库主管共同委派仓库操作工按场地进行物理计数；
4. Get daily cycle counting report to make analysis to find root reason;
分析每日获得的循环计数报告，找出问题根源；
5. Make action and adjustment report for approval by high level manager and finance;
采取行动，制定调整报告请示上级管理层和财务部；
6. Do settlement and transaction in ERP;
在ERP中完成数量的确认及调整；
7. Calculate stock accuracy;
计算库存准确度；
8. Make and update cycle counting procedure and stocktaking procedure;
制定并更新循环计数流程和盘点流程；
9. Training team for cycle counting procedure and stocktaking procedure;
对团队进行循环计数和盘点流程的培训；
10. Finish what manager require;
完成经理指定的其他工作。

岗位要求：
Requirements：
1. Technical secondary school degree or above, major in supply chain management or related;
中专及以上学历，供应链相关专业；
2. 3+ years working experience with warehouse;
2年以上仓库工作经验；
3. Familiar with Ms Office and warehouse management software;
熟悉office软件和仓库管理系统；
4. Willing to learn and to work under pressure;
愿意学习并且能在压力下工作；
5. Self motivated, detail oriented, team player, cooperative.
有进取心，细致认真，团队合作精神。
