岗位职责 / Responsibility：
- 按照ZF集团质量管理体系标准建立和维护公司的质量管理体系
To establish and maintain the company quality system according to the ZF group quality systemm
- 支持质量体系的执行、维护和改进，并且通过定期的体系审核来确保公司的质量管理体系的有效运行
Support quality system implementation, maintain & improvement， and confirm the quality system effective running via regular system audit
- 组织和实施内部过程和体系审核，以及对整改措施的落实跟踪
Organize and conduct regular process & system audit and follow up actions
- 协调和支持第三方的体系审核和客户审核，以及对整改措施的落实跟踪
Coordinate and Support Third party system & customer audits and follow up actions
- 上级安排的其他工作。

岗位资格 / Qualification： 　 　 　 　 　 　
- 教育背景：大学本科以上，或具有相关工作经验。
Education Bachelor degree or above, or demonstrable relevant work experience.
- 培训经历：TS16949、VDA6.3、FMEA、APQP、PPAP、SPC、产品审核、8-D法等质量分析和统计工具、公司质量手册及相关程序文件。
Training: be familiar with the quality analysis and statistic tools (such as TS16949、VDA6.3、FMEA、APQP、PPAP、SPC, product audit, 8D etc), quality manual and related company procedures.
- 工作经历：具有三年以上质量体系管理工作经历。
Work Experience: with more than 3 years work experience in quality system management.
- 技能及个性特征：具有TS1649或VDA6.1内审员资格，熟悉掌握各类质量管理体系标准（VDA6.1、ISO/TS16949），熟悉公司质量体系运行方式,了解公司各类产品及其生产工艺技术。良好的英语或德语的书面和口头表达能力、善于团队合作；计算机操作熟练。
Skills and Personality: Has qualification of internal auditor(VDA6.1 or TS16949),familiar with various types of quality management system(VDA 6.1, ISO/TS16949), familiar with the company quality system ,production process and products。 Good written and oral communication skillswith English or German, good teamwork; good computer skills.
