职位描述：
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management:
-Be the logistics leader for business transformation and warehouse integration projects
-Develop the project plan, manage the timeline, report the progress, identify the risks and opportunities, establish the improvement and enforce the execution to ensure project target achieved.
-Drive multi-function teams discipline to deliver project quality and CPS

System Integration:
-Manage the system integration for logistics related modules across BU and with 3PLs
-Be the key user for logistics module, lead UAT and system implementation and enhancement, document the operation manual and train the team on system application.
-Lead the intervention and integration for order management.

 Process:
-Maintain and update company’s logistics SOP ;
-DC process auditing and improvement plan implementation ;
-Service provider, supplier and agency audit and SOP development.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
-University Degree or above
-Fluent in English
-Min 5 years of relevant experience in logistics management.
-FMCG industry experience highly preferable.
-Excellent project management skills
-Strong communication & negotiation skills
-Flexible with problem solving skills
-Self-starter, highly motivated and pro-active
-Customer, results and action orientated.
