职位描述
Position Profile
? Provide full spectrum of human resources functions
? Design and implement all HR initiatives in the areas of recruitment, manpower planning, remuneration and reward management, performance management, staff relations, policy and procedure development, PRC legislative compliance and rules
? Responsible for review, formulation and implementation of company policies & procedures, liaison with functional departments and factories for improving human resources effectiveness
? Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of human resources initiatives
? Perform other ad-hoc projects assigned by the management to support the business developments and company goals
? Advise and work with the compensation consultants on country-specific compensation/equity programs and issues;
? Partner with the management teams to continually develop all employees within the organization, including career planning, mentoring programs, and skill building;
? Lead a team of human resources professionals to provide requisite support to business leaders.
Candidate Profile
? Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related discipline
? With at least 10 years' relevant HR working experience of which min. 5 years at managerial level in sizable manufacturing plant in the Greater China
? Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with ability to interact effectively across cultures/time zones. Must be completely fluent in English and Mandarin;
? Strong analytical skills and data driven approach to problem solving with a passion for data, analysis, trends, and reports, but not dominated by this skill;
? Familiar with China Labour Law and statutory rules
? Sound knowledge of all HR areas: Compensation, Benefits, Staffing, Training, and Talent Management; Strong leadership and management skills, excellent problem solver and communicator
? Analytical mind, mature, proactive and willing to work under pressure
