The Product Concern Analyst is responsible for leading the reporting and provides resolution of product concerns for High-end Imported Vehicle Dealers to create a professional and profitable Dealer network that clearly reflects the Vehicle brand promise.

The Product Concern Analyst is responsible for leading the reporting and provides resolution of product concerns for High-end Imported Vehicle Dealers to create a professional and profitable Dealer network that clearly reflects the Vehicle brand promise.
- Identify unresolved and potential customer concerns for the vehicle line
- Assist the TSB specialist to ensure the accuracy of information contained in the publications and review TSB/SSM messages generated for release
- Support the Technical Hotline and assist with overall technical competence for the vehicle line
- Manage the timely approval and accurate implementation of Field Service Actions (FSA)
- Coordinate and support all activities related to the successful launch of FSA's
- Manage warranty claims process for FSA’s
- Assist Service Engineering Manager to develop and implement service metrics/strategies for dealers
- Support service team in 3R policy process and procedure implementation
- Assist Engineering with developing and validating cost effective service fixes where appropriate
- Monitor daily technical hotline records and escalate major issues/concerns through quality GQS/GCQIS for resolution for production ad service fix
- Monitor and asses dealer FITTFT and repair ability and identify the areas the dealer is lacking off (Tech training, insufficient service info, improper use of the special tools) and provide solutions for improvements
- Ensure clear and consistent communication and coordination with dealers.
- 5-8 years relevant experience in multi-cultural environment.
- Bachelor or Master degree.
- Automotive and diagnostic experience in technical & process implementation, strong knowledge/experience of dealership operations/processes.
- Experience in premium Auto brand is preferred
- Ability to assess local Market knowledge and apply accordingly
- Strong experience of service metrics/strategic planning
- Strong understanding of dealership operations
- Effective communication skills
