职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责执行销售计划，以完成网点销售任务；
2、制定终端月度、周度销售计划和预测计划；
3、负责终端基本业务处理，协助销售经理日常业务管理，以控管终端正常运营；
4、负责公司有关政策精神的传达和安排督促、指导终端导购的工作，定期完成公司下达的各项工作指标；
5、执行、指导终端导购对公司规定的各项管理及考核办法流程的执行，以控制终端导购日常工作正常执行；
6、培训公司品牌知识、产品认识及销售技能等，以完成终端系统培训制度；
7、协助公司做好本区域内的展览会、产品推介会及商场平日促销活动；

2、大专以上学历；
3、业务：精通开店、陈列和培训等方面的知识管理，熟悉终端导购管理制度；
4、有较好的导购管理经验及谈判技巧；
9、薪酬收入：3000元-5000元。

Founded in Shanghai in 2006, Carro Furniture is an enterprise specializing in the sales and service of sleep prodcuts. The company strives to provide health care products that help to improve sleeping. After persistant efforts, Carror Furniture developed its own brand, Bestch.
Thanks to the new generation Bestch material---the temperature-sensitive memory gel unveiled in 2006, Bestch becomes one of the most professional manufacturers of the temperature-sensitive and pressure-relieving materials in the world. What’s more, Bestch is the only self-owned brand which acquires the technology in China’s domestic market. With a production base covering an area of 30,000 square meters, the company boasts itself as the biggest production and R&D base of the temperature-sensitive and prssure-relieving materials.
Teaming up with 北京爱脊康医学研究中心Bestch established its own sleep R&D center engaging in the sleeping science and the backbone health researches. Bestch is the exclusive brand that designs the pressure-relieving sleeping systems specially for the Asian people. So far, the ambitous company has established cooperative strategic partnership with TRA (Thomson Research Association), the Canada-based leading authority in the field of antibacterial and antifungal treatments for textiles and polymers.
Years ago, Bestch has successfully put the pressure-relieving series into the market and are widly well-received at home and abroad. A customer satisfactory feedback survey showed that the satisfactory degree of buyers of Bestch series hit 89%.
