职位描述：
Trinseo Automotive in Asia Pacific is a $45 MM business in 2015 and targeting $100 MM in 2020 with the building up of China ABS polymerization & compounding facilities in 2016-2017. This is a huge and growing market where our current participation is limited. We will aggressively grow our market share in the follow five years with the localized supply and enhanced resources. The current commercial team is too lean to support this growth target. We need a new Seller (+ADE) role in China in 2016 for this purpose.

- Work with automotive OEMs and tiers’ engineering teams and purchasing teams to obtain qualifications of Trinseo materials on the new projects (win the project)
- Ensure the daily supply to the assigned OEM projects at tiers; manage channel, price and payment
- Collect and input market information, and propose OEM/account growth plan; implement it after approval; keep delivering business result on the OEMs and tiers
- Enhance customer relationship and partnership
- As part of the global OEM team, contribute to the global OEM growth plan


- Education: Bachelor degree; polymer, chemistry, or relative engineering majors
- Experience: 3 years (for master degree) or 5 years (for bachelor degree) on the Sales or Application Development jobs for polymer products on the automotive applications
- Communication: meet the communication need in English for daily work with global OEM team and Trinseo meetings
