职位描述：
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责：


1. Prepare monthly reporting deck incl. MOS, executive summary, CEO highlight, profitability analysis, commentary, variance analysis, presentation slides and analytical reports as requested;
2. CAPEX spending control and optimize CAPEX application process;
3. Fully engaged with forecasting and budgeting process;
4. Monitor the finance KPIs through regular analysing, conduct random check and optimize KPIs model;
5. Work as a finance Business Partner, support cross functions to build or initiate campaign, promotion, return of investment and etc.
6. Continuously improve processes and procedure to increase efficiency and maintain the integrity of the accounting and management requirement

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE 技能，知识及经验

1. University graduate, with major in finance or finance related;
2. At least 5 years finance analysis or business analysis experience in multi-national company, experience in Big 4 is preferable;
3. Good command of Excel, Work and Power point, Excess or VBA is plus;
4. Highly analytical and business result oriented person;
5. Excellent oral and written skills in English and Chinese;
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
