Job description

Main tasks will include the following
-Opening stores in various sizes and locations in line with strategy of expansion of the brand
-Finding locations, negotiation with developers/landlords and opening stores on schedule
-Managing legal documents along with legal department in China
-Conducting market research and developing expansion strategy and launching new brands to China
-Coordinating with works/architectural teams in China

The candidate:
-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
-Has a business degree
-Has a good understanding of the retail trade
-Ideally has spent some time working for international companies
-Has a good understanding of site analyses and strong analytical skills
-Good English communication skills
-Able to work independently, flexible, endurance and has a great willingness to travel
