Senior Parts Sales:

Responsible for developing long-term relationships with assigned customers, connecting with key contact persons and stakeholders. Communicate with customers and crossfunctional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our parts solutions according to customer needs.

To provide spare part sales services and secure customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong,long-lasting customer relationships.

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our parts solutions according to customer needs and objectives

To secure continuous and profitable growth of parts business by taking care sales activities within corresponding territory.

Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly customer related initiatives to frontline and central stakeholders.

Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales and service teams.

Key tasks:

Customer contact person, responsible for sales budget and sales results in own sales territory and for named customers.

Analyze and identify sales potential with new and existing customers.

Develop business opportunities to increase sales together with regional team. Action and accounting planning.

Bulid customer relations,both internal and external.

Negotiate changes and business terms including discounts ,commissions and contracts.

Delivery follow-up

Follow-up on sales activities quotes,orders, backlog and market feedback.

Competitor and pricing feedback

Visits to customers,travelling required

Updating and administration of own customer data, contact persons etc.

Development and preparations of spare part offer and project sales.

Requirements:

University degree or smilar commercial and/or technical background.

Experience:

International sales and sales support

System administratation

Order processing

Minimum three years work experience in relevant field.
