Responsibility

1.Responsible for SBR / MOSFET outsourcing / foundry.

2.Resolve wafer film (including wafter back grinding and back metal) processing related issue in sub-cons / foundry.

3.Wafer process improvement to improve process / test yield.

4.Assist other to do wafer back grinding and back metal in-house.

5.Team work with others to ensure products quality, quantity, yield and cycle time.

Education Background

◇Be choler degree in Mechanical / Electrical engineering/Semiconductor device physical.

Working Experience

◇ At least 2 years experience in Manufacturing of Semiconductor / Discrete Component in

engineering position.

Training Experience

◇Semiconductor device physical

◇Semiconductor product characteristics

◇Familiar with Bipolar and CMOS wafer process.

◇Familiar with wafer back grinding and back metal process

◇Familiar with Experimental Design, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Analysis.

◇Knowledge in QA 7 tools and New QA 7 tools are plus.

◇Knowledge in ISO9000/QS9000 & TS16949 are plus.

Special Skill

◇Able to read and write in English.

◇Familiar with Microsoft Excel & Word.

◇Able to use Juno & Tesec test program softwares.

Other Requirement

◇Ability to working in a cross functional team.

◇Willing to take challenge.

Experience of assembly is preferred.
