职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责细胞培养、细胞检测、稳定细胞株构建实验等方面的具体实验操作；
2、配合项目项目设计人员完成具体实验，操作规范、态度诚恳，及时准确完成实验报告；
3、负责相关实验设备的清洁、保养和维护。


岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，生物或医学、药学相关专业（本科要求2年以上工作经验）。
2、具有良好的无菌操作意识，超过2年以上细胞培养经验；
3、熟悉生物药体外功能研究手段、如ELISA、Western Blot 、FACS等；
4、具有扎实的生物化学、细胞生物学和免疫学基础；
5、具有一定分析、解决问题的能力，良好的沟通表达能力和团队合作精神；
6、良好的英文写作能力以及较强的学习能力，具有相关经验者优先考虑。
7、有稳定细胞株构建经验者优先。
