Description

- NDO IP OS Beijing is responsible for delivering IP Operation System Platforms and Ericsson Routing system as a common component to various stakeholders.

- Participate in requirement definition together with people from System team

- Responsible for define and deployment of e2e test strategy

- Participate in test plan, test case and automation scripts review with XFT

- Responsible for testing activities (regression, system, conformance) during LSV phase to secure feature and product quality before delivery

- Responsible for setup and maintenance of LSV test environment

- Proactively and continuously drive the improvement of test effectiveness and efficiency

- Efficiently communicate with engineers from other teams in China and other countries

Qualifications

- M.Sc. or B.Sc in Computer Science or telecommunication engineering or related discipline

- 5+ years relative working experiences

- Rich knowledge of testing methodologies and experience in performing various testing activities like Sanity, Functional, System, Regression, Acceptance, Stress, Performance and Scalability, I&V team lead experience will be plus.

- Deep understanding of Automation infrastructure and JAVA scripting skills

- Very good knowledge of Router/Switch architecture and L2 and L3 protocols

- Experience in using Traffic Generating tools like IXIA and packet sniffing tools like Ethereal and Wireshark

- Experience in testing features using CLI, NetConf and SNMP (knowledge on other standard interfaces preferred) is a plus

- Very good Agile software development mindset

- Be flexible to take challenges with passion

- Very good technical communication and presentation skills in English

- Must be self-motivated, good team player; be able to work cohesively within the team and across global teams to accomplish results
