职位描述：

Responsibility

1. Overall
responsible for routine operation in the field of logistics and warehouse and
also responsible for people recruitment, training, coaching and etc.

负责物流和仓库的日常运作，以及相关的人员招聘，培训和管理。

2. Ensure
all the inbound and outbound declaration accuracy, timely and compliance with
China Customs regulation.

确保所有进出口海关申报关正确，及时并且符合海关的法律和法规。

3. Well
keep all the import and export related documentation and prepare the related statistic
report in monthly basis.

确保所有进出口文件的归档保存，并且提供月度统计报表。

4. Take
ownership for Annual Audit - Customs bonded material counting and ensure the
counting result is sound.

负责保税料件的海关盘点和年度核销审查工作，差异在合理接受范围内。

5. Fully
manage warehouse daily operation and ensure stock accuracy, material kitting
timely, systems updating correct and timely and all the related SOP implement
and annual target and KPI were achieved.

负责管理仓库的日常工作，确保库存正确率，及时补料生产线，系统的及时准确的更新，以及确保相关流程的执行和达到年度目标和考核指标

6. Take
a leader for annual physical inventory and ensure the inventory accuracy.

负责年度盘库并确保库存正确率。

7. Monitor
the logistics providers’ performance to ensure the target and KPI achieved and
continue drive performance improvement and cost reduction.

考核物流供应商，确保相关目标和考核指标的达成，并且不断提升业绩表现并且降低成本。

8. Other
tasks assigned by line manager.

其他上级经理安排的任务。

Requirements:

1. Good
integrity, honest and good communication skill;

诚信，诚实，并具备良好的沟通技巧;

2. Quick
learning, good English ability, Microsoft office skill;

学习能力强，良好的英语表达能力，熟悉办公系统；;

3. Strong
people management and coaching skill

良好的人员管理和培训辅导能力。

4. Can
work in high pressure;

能够在高压力下工作;

5. Self-motivated,
result oriented.

能够在工作中自我激励，结果导向

Education
and skill requirements:

1. University
education background or equivalent;

上学和相关学历；

2. Over
8 years related working experience;

8年相关工作经验；

3. 3^rd. party logistics provider and related
government authority co-operation experience.

有货运，货代和相关政府部门的合作经验;

4.
Free Trade Zone
working experience is necessary.

必须具备外高桥保税区进出口操作经验.
