Job Description:
This job covers program life from quotation to launch phase, and cross-functional team includes sales, finance, engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, etc. It includes the following items but is not limited to them.
1. Timing Plan: to work out, update and manage all deliverables according to customer and company's internal requirements
2. Cost: to provide input for quotation, make program budget, get it approved by the company, control spending, and keep optimizing it
3. Quality: to be responsible for the quality of all deliverables
4. Risk: to predict risks and manage them
5. Customer Interface: effective after program awarded, to handle customer requirements, communications, complains and deliverables

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above of engineering or business
2. 3 years working experience or above, program management experience with passive EDS components (preferred) or other automotive components
3. Automotive industry not mandatory but preferred
4. General understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing processes and documentations
5. Good English in written and verbal
6. Good skills in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
7. Strong leadership and able to manage a cross-functional team to achieve tasks
8. High level of organizational skills, able to handle multiple assigned programs
9. Good communication skills, aggressive, teamwork, open mind, and flexible
