职位描述：
1.负责公司日常文档的处理
2.负责协助公司行政制度、流程的制定；
3.负责公司日常行政管理的运作如办理员工考勤、绩效考核等事宜
4.负责公司各部门采购器件，办公用品领用，发放，管理等事宜，并做好领用登记，做到账物相符；
5.员工招聘，在招聘渠道上发布招聘信息、筛查简历、电话邀约、办理员工入职、离职、调岗等工作；
6.协助总公司行政对各项行政事务的安排及执行；
7.完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。
任职资格
1、行政管理或相关专业本科以上学历；
2、熟练使用office办公软件；
3、具备一定的行政管理知识；
4、工作细致、认真、有责任心，良好的英文撰写能力，较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力；
5、可接受相关专业优秀应届毕业生、实习生。
6、善于解决问题，有良好沟通能力、协调能力、抗压能力、计划性、执行力；
