Responsibilities:

给面料归档，剪面料样寄送客户，制作面料辅料报价表，统计面料辅料库存。

- Assist to Senior merchandiser for Samples follow up from Proto till PPS, make sure the samples come out on time with good quality, including technical file translation, fabric & trim preparation & follow-up;

协助高级跟单员跟踪样品从头样到产前样，确保所有样品和大货按照既定计划进行和完成，并确保其良好质量， 包括打样所需的面辅料准备及跟进。

- Bulk fabric and accessories follow up and final contract，including booking the bulk fabrics/trims, control the whole order procedure;

辅助大货面料和辅料跟进，包括订货、安排生产和出货，控制所有流程；

- Coordinate with technician or QA to make sure production on time with good quality, including trim card and QC file

配合协助技术员或QA确保大货保质准时出货，包括制作辅料卡和QC文件

- Customer profile (order follow up - sampling till shipment with clear step and time line)

客户跟进（跟单——从打样到出货要有清晰的步骤和时间表）；

- Arranging the shipment, deal with the shipping documents;

安排出货订舱；

- Daily communication with buyers directly to take care of the enquiries & orders;

答复客户日常通讯；

- Maintain good business relationship with existing suppliers and monitor suppliers’ performances;

维护供应商关系，并监督执行情况；

- Other affairs that superiors assign;

上级交待其它事项；

Requirement:

- University education background with textiles, garments or international trade relevant majors;

纺织、服装、国际贸易等相关专业，本科学历优先；

- No merchandiser experience accept

无纺织品服装跟单员相关工作经验亦可；

- Fluent both in oral and written English, can communicate with customers without any difficulty;

熟练的英语书写及口语能力，能和客户沟通交流；

- Trading company ( OEM process ) preferred;

有外贸公司（熟悉OEM流程）经验优先；
