Job Scope and Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of hip marketing strategy
Lead overall hip planning cycle including marketing plan, budget, forecast, and instrument purchase and allocation
Manage new product launches and marketing plans to improve customer retention and acquisition.
Strengthen product portfolio and maximize product offering to customers in the short and long term
Initiate and follow through the registration process of related products and instruments
Be the technical and clinical expert for the respective product lines
Train sales force and distributors for responsible products as needed
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key opinion leaders in compliance with S&N Ethics Policy

Candidate Qualifications

At least 5-6 years of strong marketing experience preferably in the healthcare industry
At least 2-3 years of leadership experience with desire and capacity to coach and transfer skill/knowledge to others
Bachelor’s degree a must, Master’s or MBA degree is desirable
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and Chinese
