职位描述：
Location: 长宁区红宝石路500号东银中心A座12楼，地铁10号线伊犁路站3号下，步行10分钟即到

Objective of Job:
? Support Learning project delivery, key responsibilities include tailoring solutions, controlling training budget, coordinating L&D resource and managing stakeholder relationship.

Task Description:
? Supports Leadership Development Team in coordination and administration of generic and leadership training for FCA employees, including pre-training preparation, communication, on-site support, training evaluation and follow up activities
? Prepare training contracts with co-operation with Purchasing/Legal team, complete all finance related documentations and keep track on payment cycle for training programs;
? Data maintenance and regular report;
? Support SAP HR performance management system, help employee follow the performance management timeline, update personal information and CV

Qualifications:
? Education:
- Bachelor degree or above

? Experience
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in training related area in MNC

? Skills & Experience:
- Command of training support experience, able to work across functions independently
- Good interpersonal communication skill and be professional
- Result-oriented, strong execution and self-management ability
- Familiar with office software and basic network knowledge, SAP experience will be a plus 举报 分享
