职位描述：
1. Develop different recruitment channel, select and recommend most cost effective recruitment channel based on HC needs;
2. Under the guidance of HR manager and business manager, to search target candidates, and related data collection, classification, sorting through various channels.
3. Assist on drafting Job Description, organize the post, update vacancies between internal and external, make sure all recruitment channel smoothly and efficient;
4. Be in charge of candidate screening, telephone interview, interview organizing and arrangement, candidate evaluation and perform new staff’s reference check etc;
5. Follow up the new employees’ progress during their probation period in order to facilitate their intergradation in the company;
6. Assist HR Manager on building pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates;
7. Assist the HR Mananger to finish the HR Reports including Headcount and turnover report/recruitment report ect;
8. Assist HR Manager to deliver the new employee orientation training and other tasks.

Physical Requirements:
1. College degree or above, majored in Administratrion or Human Resources will be preferred.
2. Above 1-2 years working experience in recruitment.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation and interview skills, MNC background.
4. Professional service mindset and results oriented with high efficiency.
5. High sense of confidentiality, able to perform under pressure and multi-task environment
6. Proactive, independent, well-organized, Mature, and out-going personality
