职位描述：
Plan Tyson shopper marketing activities
- Generate powerful shopper insights of responsible categories and customers
- Generate triple-win SMM activation ideas, work with agency to design theme and key visual elements
- Get alignment and support from cross function for SMM activities, lock annual SMM calendar
Land shopper marketing activities in customers
- Ensure all activities meet sales, ROI and other KPI
- Closely corporation with KC teams to ensure on-time material delivery with quality
Propose issue and opportunity to customers
- Conduct data analysis and provide feasible recommendations and review based on insights and activities
- Communicate with customers to deliver the business evaluation
- Share best practice internally

Qualifications:
1. About 5-7 years working experience in trade marketing or key customer management in FMCG company
2. Good in both spoken and written English
3. Good at data analysis; logical thinking
4. Good communication and teamwork
