Job Responsibilities
Operational:
- Develops specific market sales plan
- Seeks, develops and attends new clients and markets
- Quotes and negotiates based on global pricing guidelines
- Builds and maintains strategic account plans for customer area of responsibilities
- Provides ongoing customer relationship, support, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Understands & anticipates client's requirements; translates them into clear recommandation; inform management
- Captures and reports market intelligence information
Financial:
- Achieves the sales related financial targets
- Develops sales and profitability forecasts and controls expenses in line with budget
Key Interactions (Covers key internal and external interfaces and describes type of relationship: hierarchical vs functional, other.)
- Customers, Account Managers, Commercial Assistants, Customer care, Pricing office, Finance, Creation & Development team, Labs, Marketing, Systems & Tools
Profile
? Field of education: Chemistry + Business administration
? >5 years of professional experience
? Minimum 5 years of Commercial experience in F&F industry or similar
? Good understanding of the business, the markets, the sales mission and roles
? For external: proactive, competitive, results driven, excellent interpersonal skills and learning abilities
? For internal: collaborative, team player, able to work with many different functions and people
? Computer literacy and mastering systems & tools : SAP, Spire, Microsoft pack...
? Fluency in English.
? Experience in an International and Industrial company would be appreciated
