职位描述：
Every measure brings results, but more data does not always clarify things.
The trick is the balance. As Lead Engineer Characterization you are responsible for developing the product characterization plan and coordinate characterization needs with production test development.

In your new role you will:
? Run product characterization and evaluate product functionality and performance with respect to customer requirements.
? Asses the results together with all relevant development stakeholder (e.g. design, concept engineering) to identify problems and publish the final characterization report.
? Define the methodology and tooling for efficient characterization execution, data analysis and report generation.
Your Profile
You are open to new ideas and receptive to other ways of thinking or working and you clarify areas of responsibility, coordinate your work with colleagues, and regularly share your insights with them.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
? A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Microelectronics or Physics.
? Several years of professional experience in post silicon characterization and product engineering.
? Strong experience in post silicon characterization methodology and statistical methods and tools.
? Handled ATEs like Teradyne J750, Verigy 93K.
? Used data analysis software in support of characterization reports and yield reporting tools.
? Experience in the area of lab automation and in split lot evaluation.
? Fluent English language skills. 举报 分享
