职位描述：
IT helpdesk

responsibilities
_assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the IT infrastructure
_oversees the administration and the maintenance of computer stations and software for company and provides additional support when necessary. Server setup and maintenance
_oversees troubleshooting, systems backups(BackupExec), archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary
_access management, including user management based on Windows active directory.
_network maintenance, including internet access, firewall and VPN
_interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner
_be able to present verbal and written communication in clear, concise and professional manner
_manages the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT related products
_ensures that company assets, including printer, plotter and scanner are maintained responsibly.
_familiar with Autodesk Auto CAD, Autodesk Revit, 3d Studio, Adobe Creative Suite, Office and others
_setup and maintenance of Intranet(CMS) and Kapersky Anti-Virus
_be willing to follow given management directions and work to provide the best solutions
_ability to work independently after receiving task
_to maintain the company website
