职位描述：
MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

·Work with sales team to connect with potential customers on product promotion
·Promptly follow up technical and products related questions raised by customers and sales.
·Coordinate with sales team to define and implement campaign and initiatives around the relevant products and solutions
·Support sales force effectiveness via market and industry research
·Support market administrator in all aspects of strategic marketing plan, industry application study and competitors analysis
·Help sales team achieve growth target, market share and competitive advantage penetration
·Participate periodic sales meeting, in align with sales plan
·Coordinate and collaboration with various functions/departments on the sales order execution.
·Compliance with Hallite worldwide business code of conduct
·Participate in ad hoc projects when require

REQUIREMENTS
University or above degree.
BA/BS with 2+ years sales/marketing experience
Moderate project management skills, demonstrated process driven orientation and execution focus
Good communication skills and ability to influence customers
Good teamwork spirits, Strong ability to work under pressure, Self-motivating, strong/flexible personality
Basic command of English in all aspects
Mature, independent, enthusiastic and positive about one’s job
