Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Understand and integrate the respective needs of the stores.
- Optimize their turnover
- Improve margin
- Long term brand perception by customers
- Meet the financial service objectives.
- Maximize card opening
- Improve the installment loans usage (and balance)
- Maximize card penetration (% of payment in store made through the card)
- Communicate actively and very regularly with every of the programs contributors
- The store
- The banking service provider
- Head office marketing
- Train store staff on credit card business and installment
- Train cashier on credit card professional knowledge
- Train EM staff and pc on credit card installment business
- Follow and participate to the team work
- Execute the requests and guidelines from the management
- Report actively and regularly to his managers
- Inform and share any information of importance regarding his mission
- Attend and participate actively to the team meetings
- Perform other related missions and duties as required.
Personal Attributes:
- Good communication skill esp. in business negotiation and objection handling
- Good speech presentation ability
- Have commercial common sense
- KPI and Result-oriented
- Can work independently on himself/herself
- Nice personality capable of charisma
- Self-confidence
- Be dynamic, curious, open-minded and flexible
- Be persistent and persuasive
- High capacity of autonomy and self management on time and work
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced working environment
Specific Job Skills
- Familiar with retail distribution or financial products with at least 5 year working experience in both these fields
- Experience in hypermarket or working with hypermarket, e.g. supplier selling product to hypermarket a must
- Experience in regional coverage preferred
Work Experience
Education
- University background or above
Computer Skills
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint at a better proficient level
Languages
- Chinese native speaker, fluent oral and written English is a must (French is not necessary but can be appreciated).
