海外市场主管岗位JD
Digital Marketing Director JD

岗位要求：
1、带领小组团队负责撰写公司产品的新闻稿，与媒体沟通进行新闻稿的发布；
2、负责产品在网络的推广及测评，包括亚马逊，YouTube 视频等；
3、负责产品在社交平台的推广及公众页面的管理，包括 Facebook，Twitter, Google Plus
等；
4、收集市场数据和消费者数据并分析预测，制定适合产品的营销策略，提供产品和服务的市场定位分析报告；；
5、负责制定 Amazon，Ebay，Rakuten等在线商店的营销活动；
6、负责对产品和服务进行全面的包装，海外市场拓展及营销等。
Responsibilities:
1.Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and brands online (including content marketing and reviews) on Amazon, YouTube and other platforms
2.Lead a small team to write and publish marketing materials to raise awareness of the company’s products and brands
3.Promote the company’s products and brands on social media, including Facebook, Twitter and Google Plus;track and evaluate performance
4.Collect and analyze market/consumer data to formulate the optimal product marketing strategy, including reports on the market positioning of the company’s products and services
5.Plan and carry out promotions and events for e-stores on Amazon, eBay, Rakuten, etc.
6.Write or lead team to create marketing content, including social media posts, product descriptions, reviews, ads, web pages, etc.
任职资格
1、大学本科或以上学历，英语6级及以上，公共关系、市场营销、企业管理专业优先；
2、熟悉跨境电商行业，有过留学背景，做过市场推广、策划和拓展等优先考虑；
3、有较强的市场感知能力，敏锐地把握市场动态、市场方向的能力；
4、善于团队合作，有很强的沟通能力；
5、具备较强的市场分析能力以及客户公关能力；
6、工作有激情，主动性强，学习能力强，考虑问题系统化。
7、本岗位对于国外工作人员可提供工作签证。
Qualifications:
1.Undergraduate degree or above (degrees in marketing, PR, business management preferred)
2.Fluent English speaking and writing (writing skills especially important); proficient Mandarin
3.Experience in digital marketing for e-commerce preferred (especially marketing on Amazon and eBay)
4.Intuitive understanding of consumers and markets in the US; clear insight into market trends
5.Experience with analytics and performance metrics for social media and digital marketing
6.Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
