岗位内容：
1. Maintain all the quality system documents including assigning document number, update the list of documents, standardizing document format, and ensure the completion of document etc.
负责维护公司质量管理体系相关的所有文件。包括给文件编号，更新有效文件一览表，规范文件格式和确保文件的完整性等。
2. Responsible for the storage, retention and disposal of records to assure compliance with legal and ISO quality system requirements.
负责记录的保管＆销毁,以确保满足法律＆体系的要求.
3. Responsible for implementing and maintaining Corrective Action System
负责推动纠正预防措施的实施和状态跟踪
4. Responsible for internal &outernal audit plan and actions.
负责年度内/外部审核的计划以及实施工作的开展
5. Responsible for internal training related to quality management system such as ISO9001.
负责在内部开展有关质量管理体系方面的培训工作
岗位要求：
1. College Diploma (3years) or University (4 years) degree.
大专或本科学历.
2. Experience in general administration activity and document control, required.
有行政管理＆文件管理的经验, 必须的
3. Knowledge of quality management system, required
熟悉了解质量管理体系，例如TS16949，ISO9000
4. Experience in auto manufacturing is preferred.
有汽车行业的工作经验为佳.
1. Good command of English in reading, writing and speaking.
英语听说读写能力较好.
2. Must be detail-oriented and organized with complete follow through in all projectors
在进行各项工作时必须注重细节,整齐有序,并做到全程跟踪.
3. Proficient PC skills to include: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
熟练使用电脑办公软件-Word, Excel, PowerPoint 等.
