？ Implement and ensure the facilitation of Learning and Development programs实施和推动学习与发展计划
？ Develop and improve the performance appraisal system, make C&B and promotion policies参与制定并完善绩效考核体系，制定薪酬政策和晋升政策
？ Coach and support Managers and employees on HR related issues为管理者和员工提供人力资源相关问题
？ Lead employee communication and activities带领员工活动和交流
？ Act as a resource on HR policies and procedures for both Managers and employees作为管理者和员工的人力资源政策和程序的资源
？ Support administration and analysis of the Employee Opinion Survey支持管理和分析员工意见调查
？ Plan employee annual activities计划年度员工活动
？ Other HR tasks assigned by Line Manager汇报经理交办的其他工作
？ Job Requirements 职位要求
？ Bachelor Degree or above 学士或以上学位
？ At least 3 years working experience in HR function Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure至少3年的人力资源工作经验，自我激励，能在压力下工作
？ Good at handling multi- tasks善于处理多任务
？ Good communication skills, team working, initiative and drive良好的沟通技巧，团队合作，工作积极主动
？ Good written and oral English良好的书面和口头英语
