Create demand for ERICO products in the Renewable Energy (including Wind and Solar energy)
 market segment:
- Through pro-active promotion with end-users, OEM Partners, Design Institutes, Consultants, Power grid companies, construction companies, and specifying engineers.
- Influence end-user specifications to provide approval for ERICO Grounding, Surge Protection and Lightning Protection, emphasizing technical advantages over competitor products.
- Meets with OEM partners, product specifiers, demonstrates value provided by products, and provides information required to support incorporation of products in projects and markets that support end use.
- Identifies business opportunity for ERICO products in the Renewable Energy market segment in Asia.
- Recommends, establishes and manages OEM partners , distributors/sales agents.
- Establish and built teamwork approach within his/her respective department.
- Provides first-line product applications support including liaison with ERICO product management and applications engineering staff.
- Provides feedback on shifts in customer demands and opportunities for new products.
- Develops and executes Sales Plans consistent with market strategy for increasing demand.
