As an Account Director or Senior Account Director in JWT Shanghai, you will be responsible for ATL/BTL inspiration of client. This individual will be driving best practice digital and traditional marketing solutions, while ensuring integration and communication with the wider client leadership teams.
What it is:
1. Initialized the marketing campaign ideas/strategy for client.
2. Establish a positive partnership with the clients, acting as a day to day contact for the Deputy for Advertising, coordinate with client and internally to fulfill client’s requirement.
3. Coordinating internally with Creative to create the digital or traditional ideas for difference marketing campaign.
4. Capable to lead the team and organize internal and external resources to ensure the high quality of TVC/viral video, all kinds of creative contents’ production.
5. Creates a positive, collaborative, protective environment that ensures everyone on the team is well-equipped and motivated to create great work.
What we need:
1. At least 5-7 years above 4A advertising agency account/project management experience both on ATL/BTL/Digital
2. Demonstrated excellence in managing and leading.
3. Able to discern talent, coach staff and motivate others.
4. Proven leader and ability to match issues and work to the appropriate teams and staff people.
5. Excellent English communication skill.
6. Give priority to who has working experience in Auto client.
7. Fluent in English communication skill.
