This role is responsible to provide phone and on-line technical assistance to customers including training, direction, troubleshooting, maintenance support; provide testing, inspection for the parts and machines before shipment, and offer technical instruction to production . 负责为客户提供电话和在线技术支持，其中包括培训、指导、故障排除、维护支持等；负责机器、配件等出货前的检验、测试并为生产线员工提供技术指导等。

Responsibilities主要职责：

1、Provide phone technical and online support to customers为客户提供电话或在线服务

2、Responsible for quality inspection and testing before machine delivery to customers负责机器交付前的 质量检验和测试

3、Technical support for sale person, such as customer products and bags evaluation and testing.为销售人员提供技术支持，如客户产品包装袋的评估和测试

4、Provide Field Service 提供现场服务

5、Open and manage customer service cases  and escalate difficult or unsolved issues管理客户服务，并解决现场问题

6、Responsible to provide technical guides and training to customer给客户提供技术指导和培训

7、Respect and applies engineering change requests (ECR) and general engineering feedback as well as non-conformance reports (NCR)应用工程变更请求（ECR）和一般工程反馈以及不符合项报告（NCR）

8Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve machine design, upgrades, machine software and knowledge base.参与持续改进计划，改进机器设计、升级、机器软件和知识库

9、Assist and provide support to the integration and training of new employees in own area of expertise协助并支持新员工在本专业领域的整合和培训

Work Experience:工作经验要求

1. Minimum 5  years’ experience in electromechanical or automation control 五年以上机电或自动化控制相关工作

2. Familiar with PLC software and HMI 熟悉PLC软件和人机界面

3.Experienced in automation equipment industry, especially in food packaging industry有自动化设备行业经验，尤其是食品包装行业

4.Good command of written and spoken English良好的英语读写能力

Education:学历要求

Minimum College degree in Technology & Electro Mechanics机电一体或自动化控制专业大专（或相当大专）及以上学历

Skills/Competencies:技能和能力要求

·         Good knowledge of technical parts, machines and electrical schematics. 熟悉技术部件，机器和电气原理图。

·         Interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and maintain superior customer service at all times. 人际关系和组织能力，能够独立工作并始终保持卓越的客户服务。

·         Familiar MS Office suite.熟练使用MS软件

·         Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment facing constant changing priorities.能够适应快节奏、不断变化的工作环境
