Job Description 職位描述
1. Assist the General manager in the day-to-day management of the company, coordinate business activities, liaise with other department support special projects assigned by the GM.

幫助總經理日常管理公司，處理事物，和其他部門合作，支持總經理簽署的特殊項目。
2. Responsible for reminding the trip and meeting agenda for GM.

負責提醒總經理的行程和會議安排。
3. Translation for e-mail, contracts and etc which is in Chinese.

翻譯郵件，合同和其他中文文件。
4. Deal with the order from country partners, communicate with warehouse, factory and logistics.

處理國外客戶的訂單，和倉庫、工廠和物流溝通。
5. Establish and maintain record keeping and filing systems; classify, sort and file correspondence, records and other documents. Open, sort, prioritize, and distribute mail.

建立並對各類文件分類，存檔；打開，分類，分發和處理各類文件的優先的等級。
7. Help make company policy.
幫助制定公司政策。

Requirements 要求
1. Bachelor Degree or above

本科或以上學歷。
2. Good command of both oral.spoken and written English.

熟練掌握英語聽説讀寫。
3. High sense of responsibility and able to work into details

有良好的責任心，能夠處理各類工作細節。
4. Overall good quality with professional image

有良好的職業形象。
5. Applicants with oversea working experiences or studying abroad will be preferred.

有海外工作或學習經歷者優先。

6. Good command of Excel is a plus.

熟練掌握Excel者優先。
