Responsibilities:

? Support Client Manager to process day-to-day client orders.
配合客户经理处理客户日常订单
? Maintain and provide case and service summaries in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
及时准确地更新工作总结表
?Help Edit be responsible for the customer close the accounts, reconciliation, arrival tracking
负责相应经销商的关帐，对账，及到货情况的跟踪
? Manage case progress and coordinate resources to ensure timely and quality delivery.
管理订单的执行进程并协调资源确保及时高质量地提交报告

Qualifications:
? Working experience in customer service in service industries will be an advantage
有服务行业客户服务经验者优先
? Organized. Able to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering data

? Positive attitude towards pressure. Able to work within constraints of time and at times resources. Able to prioritise
