职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Lead the annual operating plan and monthly forecasting/closing process for District / Business Line.
? Act as a business partner to drive monthly management reporting and analysis to support District Leader and Regional Finance Director.
? Formulate and execute strategic planning initiatives at District/Business line level.
? Consolidate financial information, analyzes and interprets financial information for management review.
? Track Actual vs. Plan and provide constructive insights on business performance.
? Provide support in ad hoc projects and assignments.

Requirements:
? ACCA, CPA or equivalent international recognized accounting qualification.
? Big 4 trained with 10 – 12 years experience.
? Experience in all areas of finance, accounting and controlling, preferably with regional and MNC exposure.
? Hand-on experiences in ACCPAC, experience in Cognos, HPS or BI tools will be an advantage.
? Advanced skill in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
? Strong leadership skills, able to work in matrix organization.
? Work independently to organize and prioritize demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast paced environment with multiple and competing demands.
? Strong business acumen and able to understand management prospective in analyzing the financial performance.
? Good communication skills.
? Financial Planning & Analysis experience in MNC is highly preferred. 举报 分享
