职位描述：
Key Responsibilities
? Lead SHDR’s online campaign execution, including seasonal campaigns and partnership projects. (Please note that they are content-driven, consumer engagement-driven campaigns, not digital display ads.)
负责上海迪士尼度假区线上推广活动（线上互动，非数字广告投放），包括季节性线上活动，与互联网公司的合作项目等；
? Lead digital agency to drive digital campaign from ideation to launch, including planning, creative development, H5 page design and user flow, integrated communication plan, campaign performance analytic, campaign budget management.
带领供应商将线上推广活动从创意到执行落地，包括策划、创意、H5页面设计、H5页面用户体验，整体线上推广方案、效果分析报告、预算管理等；
? Support Manager, Digital Marketing in other project execution.
协助数字营销经理其他项目的执行。


Required Qualifications
? 5年工作经验，其中至少3年以上数字营销，特别是线上推广经验。
At least 5 years working experience, with at least 3 years in digital marketing, especially digital campaign.
? 热爱互联网，善于发现消费者痛点，挖掘需求，并能够根据市场洞察发展出营销创意策划。
Passionate for internet and digital, being able to identify consumer pain points, and great at generating online consumer insights into campaign creative ideas
? 有互联网产品意识，用推广产品的思维管理每一个线上推广项目
Being able to manage and promote the campaign as a product
? 有项目管理经验，超强的时间管理和多项目工作能力
Proven experience in project management skills with ability to prioritize workload
? 卓越的人际交往和沟通能力，能够与内外部合作伙伴协同合作
Superior interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with internal and external partners
? 思维敏捷，有较强的网络热点把控能力，容易接受新鲜事物；
Smart, quick to reacting to social and online trends and able to leverage the moment into creative WeChat marketing ideas
? 诚信与职业道德
Strong integrity and ethics
? 良好的表达能力，并能熟练使用PPT
Good presentation skills and thorough use of PPT and Photoshop

? 市场传讯背景优先，旅游、酒店行尤佳。
Marketing communications background preferred, especially in travel or hotel industry.
? 数字营销代理公司创意或者策划背景优先
Creative/strategy and planning in digital agency preferred
? 互联网公司产品推广背景优先
Product marketing background preferred
? 有技术或者产品经理背景优先
Technical or product management background preferred
